Paid for delivery priority and a £5 tip but no driver from uber eats would pick up. Rude rude guy at restaurant put the phone down twice on me and said it was my problem they just cook the food. Clueless. We wouldn’t eat the food now even if it did arrive. We’ve got a fight now to get back our £80 - avoid avoid avoid

Food was awful. Salt and pepper Chicken was over cooked and dry...The Orange chicken... Boy did it taste like a pile of slop. The Prawn fried rice was somewhat edible but couldn't continue eating after 3 bites. Honestly horrible experience. A literal waste of money

Absolutely awful experience, massively dissatisfied with all aspects of the service this place provides. Been a regular customer for roughly 3 years and until now I’ve never had an issue bar some sub par delivery temps which they’re not responsible for. Tonight however the curry sauce is more like a dirty beige block of plain gelatine that’s been heavily diluted and sat for hours and the egg fried rice was hard, absolutely saturated in something and completely tasteless, yet to see any egg. When I called the restaurant to address this I was met with a man who barely understands English and virtually told me I’m lying because everything is always cooked the same, usually I would agree which is why I haven’t had a single complaint prior to this but I’m not calling for the fun of it. Ignorant and rude very triggering definitely shouldn’t be answering the phones and dealing with customers. No apologies or solutions offered just refusal that my food was different to usual. I work in hospitality and restaurants myself so I don’t complain lightly

Been there twice and every time they have got our order wrong, one time they forgot our chips . The other time we asked for chicken chow mein and they gave us chicken and prawn rice.

Absolute Scam of a restaurant!!! Advertise on uber eats to be ordered to places such as Bradford On Avon . But they won’t deliver once you place the order as they are out the delivery area. When you ring up to see where the order is a say they don’t speak english. This is all probably deliberate so they can make easy money !!!

Do not go if you are vegetarian, I ordered a vegetarian dish and it had duck in; and it’s only because I was sober enough to notice that I spat it out. I’m extremely upset, been vegetarian 10 years, I want to cry.

We ordered chicken Szechuan and satay chicken. Both dishes were exactly the same. And neither dish tasted or looked like Szechuan or satay. The chicken was limp. The rice was lump. My girlfriend said: "On an emotional level, this dining experience was like bending down to pick up a pound coin from the gutter, then your phone falling out of your pocket and down a drain. Then getting knocked down by a Deliveroo cyclist." If you're fairly pissed and don't really care, you could possibly do worse. But it's unlikely. At least their portions weren't too big.

The Chicken Curry was tastless & gelatinous so obviously reheated with little Chicken and lots of onions. The Veg dish was mainly onion, onion and more onions with a couple of pieces of pepper and something unidentifiable. Chips were overdone and hard to bite through so must of been over reheated. Never again.

Just ordered chow mein and beef with vegetables. As soon as I opened the beef I thought it smelt strange kind of reminded me of a porta-loo. I asked my partner to smell it too he said not to eat it, the beef was grey and also tasted like porta-loo. My partner felt sick right after even smelling it. Real shame I was excited about the beef and veggies I won’t be ordering from here again.

Food simply never came, tried to speak to them over the phone and they understood no English and just kept telling me to wait, we were in a very close area no excuse, no refund days later and I am not permanently down £30 I cannot express my hatred for this place, this has happend to my friends too.

This is my go to Chinese takeaway! Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I personally think this is the best one I’ve tried in Bath and definitely the best crispy chilli beef ever. Always go back to it.

The worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway. The food lacked any real taste and was Cleary all frozen. Would rather eat dog food than taste this rubbish ever agian. Disgusted by the lack of taste or real flavour of the food. Stay away from this desgrace of Chinese food. O/10 food 11/10 robbery

Service was very poor. I was given the wrong food and upon complaining, the guy serving became very defensive and basically said I was lying about the food I had ordered. I wasn’t asking for free food, nor a refund, just for the food I had actually ordered. On the other hand the spring rolls were slay ✨

We ordered food via Deliveroo, and it arrived pretty quick. However, I was not pleased with the dishes. The Spicy Szechuan Chicken tasted bland and not spicy at all! Though I did like the Crispy Chilli King Prawn. I’m also disappointed that they don’t give you free Prawn Crackers, like most Chinese takeaway but I guess that’s more of a personal expectation. Overall, you basically get what you paid for.
